Track: Art, Design Through STEM
Learn how you can use Solarplate materials and technique to produce a digital image on a plate and then print it by hand, producing a high-quality image comparable to letterpress or photoengraving. Participants will learn to expose a plate in the sun, develop and “etch” it in plain water, then get their hands dirty with some hands-on inking and printing.
